Instead of having to call long distance or being put on hold while listening to elevator music, we've place all the common questions in this section.

We've done two more things to make your life just a little easier. For one thing, we know the world isn't a homogneous society. For this reason, we've broken up the FAQ in both an English and a Spanish version.

Secondly, we've decided to exploit the latest in technology for your benefit. We've incorporated streaming multimedia from Real Audio for all questions and answers. If you have a hard time reading legal "mumbo-jumbo," you may find it easier to listen to this information in a friendly, down-to-earth humanistic voice.
